1. Who we are

RealAdFlow AI ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-generated marketing assets — ad copy, captions, scripts, images, landing pages, and follow-ups — for real estate professionals. This policy explains what we collect when you use our app and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and any profile fields you provide (brokerage, market, niche, voice, target buyer).
• Content you create: campaign inputs, generated ads, saved campaigns, published landing pages, uploaded or referenced listing URLs, and generated images.
• Leads you collect: when a visitor submits a form on a landing page you publish, we store the name, email, optional phone, and message on your behalf.
• Billing data: subscription status and plan information. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and technical data: log entries, request metadata, IP address, and browser/device information used for security, abuse prevention, and product analytics.

3. How we use information

• To generate, save, and display the campaigns and assets you request.
• To operate authentication, billing, and customer support.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To improve product quality and reliability.

4. AI processing

Prompts and inputs you submit (including listing details, brand profile, and chat messages) are sent to AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway (currently Google and OpenAI models) to generate text and images. We do not authorize these providers to use your prompts to train their public models. Do not paste sensitive personal information about clients into prompts.

5. Lead capture on landing pages

When you publish a landing page, you become the data controller for leads submitted through it. You are responsible for telling visitors how you will use their data and for complying with applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA where relevant). We act as a processor and store the leads so you can view them in the Leads dashboard.

6. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the product:

• Hosting, database, authentication, and storage (Lovable Cloud).
• Payments (Stripe).
• AI model providers (via Lovable AI Gateway).

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

7. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can delete saved campaigns, landing pages, and leads from inside the app. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security on the database, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
